It's actually, a pair of panty hos with the legs cut off and then tied together. Then you put the mask on over that. It is the best way of doing it.

@LegoPro100 It's foam latex. I provided the prosthetic. On camera, I think the shading on the wrinkles made it look a bit unrealistic. I think it could have been shaded to be a bit more of a grey shading than a straight up black shading.

@myasshole69 I recommend Return Of The Joker, then. In my opinion that's Hamill's best performance of the character. Though the Joker has also evolved a bit since the old '92 animated series, so that'd be more of why the glass of water and pencil trick are about. I do love Ledger's performance and DiMaggio was decent, but Hamill remains my favorite.

Outside of the media, the Joker evolved after the TAS one, but in the comic books, the Joker has being always more psychotic, at least in his best comics.

Also since Harley Quinn, takes the place of the funny clown, i dont see the reason, why the Joker needs to be mainstream funny.

Holy crap. This is the best episode I've ever seen of yours. That Joker is amazing! Scary! And Badass! The writing really shows! Harley would totally nickname Deadpool something degradative like that. Make-up/costuming is top-notch here. Harley, Joker, esp. Scarecrow. I got completely swept up in this one. To be honest the scene in the beginning was supposed to be longer (yes longer than a few punches and an uppercut) but the episode was already running long so I cut it. This episode focused on other things.
