The best Wagyu i've tried is the Blackmore's 9+ Wagyu , it's so grainy it almost looks white. Unreal on the bbq grill.

Can I use the same cooking techniques on this piece of Food Lion meat i bought that seems to be tainted green? Or the Walmart meat that looks like a fish?
