I'd rather see Hope in concert with Mazzy than with the Warm Inventions.Not that I dislike W.I. stuff, but Mazzy music's more adventurous with more variety of sounds&styles.There's a kind of parallel with Siouxsie Sioux, who did her best stuff with the Banshees.Like Hope she fell in love with a drummer&abandoned her old band (at least for some years) .Drummer became chief musical partner/co-writer in a new project (The Creatures/The Warm Inventions),but it never reached heights of prior band!

Tell me about it. Mazzy Star disbanded a long time ago. Why a legal convention should prevent us from enjoying their live performances is beyond me. They don't lose any money out of it.
