It is refreshing to find that young adults like you, and other U.S. born descendants of slavery have not been duped by the President Obama and his administration.

Indeed it is disturbing that so many Black voters are in lock step with Democratic Party and it's liberal/Jim Crow/ Black Code Law Enforcement policies, that is anything but constructive for inner-city residents, U.S. born descentants of slavery, legal immigrants, etc.

over 90% of blacks voted for Obama. Their platform was basicly the same. I think that fully proves race was a factor in deciding who blacks voted for. David Duke , while running for office, got a higher % of black votes than Hilary, lol

From statistics, the percentage of whites not voting for a black candidate because of race is higher than the percentage of blacks not voting for a white candidate because of race.

And numerically, the number of whites not voting for a black candidate equals millions of votes. The reverse situation amounts to thousands.

It would have to be higher,there are more whites. That isn't a good comparison.

My point is that his race isn't the reason for or against a vote.Blacks vote democrat - 90%-no matter what.Even when the candidate is black,they won't vote for him if he's a republican.Whites,too,vote party.For most people,his color isn't counting against him, if anything,it's working for him.His politics have to come to the forefront at some point. Eventually people will start to listen to what he's saying.

198 million non-latino whites are 66% of the US population of 300 million.

10% of that is about 20 million whites.

Of that number, more than a 1/3rd are registered to vote.

That's 7 million whites who will not vote for Obama because he's black.

And that's the low estimate.

Similar polling revealed blacks not voting for white candidates because of their race was about 5% to 7%.

41 million blacks are 13% of the US population.

6% of 41 million is 2.6 million

1/3rd registered to vote = 858,000 blacks who will not vote for McCain because he's white.

well I don't believe that most black people find themselves paralyzed and owed anything just because of racism...and my son would never feed or be racist because I am smart and educated enough to teach him better. I am 26 and I know better we all have opportunities and not all BLACK people live with the idea of we owed anything without hard work, some of us are educated college degrees and work hard daily just like other Americans...some peoples actions dont define a race. good luck

There will always be haters. I hope your son learns to ignore it early so that it doesn't paralyze him like so many other black kids. They are made to think they are owed something because they are black and because they might get picked on - but we all have opportunities in this country and we all have obstacles - teach him to overcome them by not feeding racism.

I checked out the America is under a spell video. The points she made are luke warm, and draw suspicion due to her attempt to paint Obama as the worker of that spell. This is not Canada, it is America. We can not be so pesimistic as to gage our efforts by the low points of other countries high points...you see? If we consume less gas, oil prices will come down. Oil rices are going down now because people are consuming less. John McCain's Wife is filthy rich and she made her fortune from selling alcohol. Everyone knows in a bad economy the sales of drugs and alcohol increases. McCain has a vested interest in a bad economy.
