its just a different distortion. ur playing it right its just that everythings different

then your tuned wrong just mute the e string and alternate pick then go 7 6 5 on the 5th and 4 th string for the first part then again the E palm mute notes but only use the 5th fret 5 th 4 th string that should do the trick
