@izgil82 I can't answer that. YouTube do compress audio, but I don't know the codec or bitrate, I don't have any 192kbps MP3 to refer to, my source is different.

I would suggest to you that it is always best to stay at or above 320kbps bit rate audio, I would not add music to my collection that was below this, I personally opt for FLAC, this codec does not lose any of the audio fidelity, but is a larger 25MB per track file size on average.

@Boolbla I hate low quality uploads, I know youtube have only started allowing HQ over the last year or so, uploaders need to update videos and forget about view counts IMO.
