warped tour has been getting a bit disapointing. they keep booking a buynch of emo bands and bands that are just plain shit.

it seems that they have been passing up bands like rancid . against me ! played well but too many new wave songs. the older stuff is better. maylene and the sons of disaster was my favorite of the day.

i totally agree, i like new wave though, but i love their old stuff more. i liked maylene too, but i really loved the briggs, the only reason they have those emo bands is to get a new feel to it, and i think to draw more of an audienece, but once emo dies, i think the music will get much better.

the briggs are one of my top 5 favorite bands. ive seen them probably 5 times plus their acoustic show at salzers the week before warped.

yeah they played mostly new wave, but they only got a short amount of time to play. most bands on warped tour get to play about 30 minutes which is a shame.
