@garygw i found Drowning Pool very good for training. Its much better than those shitty techno music most of the fitness centers.

They're called furniture movers. Go to your local home depot or similar. They come in a variety of sizes and shapes.

You can also buy these purple discs called gliding discs...they are made for fitness...
they are plastic..but our gym also has a thick fabric type ones now...they are great
