You could also just make a rectangle in Microsoft Word or any other program that makes shapes and then cut the strips out... and if you want colored strips, then buy colored paper or just fill the box with color when you make the rectangles. Btw, this is for the people who comment, this isn't for the you(The person who uploaded the video), bc this would be pointless for you since you already have the paper... but yeah, if you can't find the paper just do this. :D

@foxlove211 thanks, you can connect them like a necklace or a lei if that's what you're wondering. It doesn't matter if you have long or short nails, just make sure the star is tight enough so you can for the star.
