As a Liverpool, and Real Madrid fan the trade of Xabi Alonso was very confusing i was happy for Real getting together a great team but was very worried for Liverpool loosing a crucial part of their starting line without replacement. I didnt really want it to happen, but i also have alot of respect for manu. and supported them agaisnt Barca in champions. I think Manu. has alot to over come they lost a big part of their lethality. As a Liverpool fan with all due respect I think ManU will have to adjust without Ronaldo more than they think , and Im glad we didnt sign back Owen and was somewhat unhappy losing Alonso, still things move on, no doubt it will be the same four in the top flight and come Christmas rants will be going on, just hope there can be a bit of variation to scores and so many teams wont just lie down against manu.
