I've recently lost a bit of weight. I drink a glass of lukewarm water with lemon/honey firs tthing in the morning. I used to eat granola bars with breakfast every morning, so I completely cut that out. I drink lots of water everyday, and I'm pretty much eating everything but just in smaller portions. And I've always been a big fruit/vegie eater. For working out, I go to the gym 3-4 times a week, and do swimming at least once a week. For snacks, I like rice chips and mixed nuts.

im in school so i dont have a lot of time to work out so i dont even go to a gym i lift weights at home and i dance and while i watch tv i use my elipical and it helps a little bit but mainly i just find its saying bye bye to sugar for me

I gained 22lbs over 2 years when i started college. I have been feeling really bad about it for a long time now and noticed it has taken an impact on my self-esteem, and i know it could change if i felt myself again. I have started cross fit for a full month now and although i feel stronger i do not see a big difference and i know that's due to my lack of healthy food. Thankyou for sharing your experience with us! I have been overweight since I was a child too and tried a variety of things to get the weight off just to put it right back on. While I have to lose almost twice the amount that you have lost, I'm not giving up just yet. I love the advice that you gave about starting out small like replacing snap peas for chips. That I don't have to do it all at once. I love that. I just want to say that you are beautiful I love your vids, and great job!

i lost 8kg just from going to the gym 3 times a week, walking the dogs for 15 mins and eating healthy, i dont eat chocolate or drink softdrink and for breakfast i have vaalia yoghurt and a coffee with 1 teaspoon of sugar and for lunch wholemeal salad sandwich and dinner large serve of veggies with fish snacks are apples and bannanas, i think that is way to much for me to eat already, i had a problem with under eating not over eating and on the diet im on, just feels normal except for a fewthings
I love that your not just another one of those "extreme" weight loosers. You have such a realistic goal, and are aware of that its going to take time to loose weight. And i love that you actually go to the gym. I have so many friends that just change their diet and expect to loose weight and be skinny. It just doesent work that way. You are a great inspiration!

Awesome just started, 3 days ago. Couldn't afford the gym either so I got the beachbody insanity fast and furious dvd, which gives me 30 minutes a day of cardio. Well since I am a smoker and overweight, I can't do 30 minutes one session, so I do 10 minutes, then another 10 and another 10 later. :) I've been through the whole weight lost, journey before and lost like 80 pounds but I have put it on all back in the last 4 years and I had a baby recently.
Weight watchers is the best freaking way to go...I've literally have tried every diet out there and I never lost weight and on time I actually did and the weight came right back on :)
I've been on weight watchers for about a month and a half and I have already lost 16 pounds!!

Ive lost alot of wieght through my nutrition. A friend reccommended advocare to me. A nutrition company that has amazing credentials. any way to make a long story short I used their 24 day challenge among other products like their fat burner "catalyst" and I lost 30 lbs in 3 months and went from 24% body fat to 11.5%. Any way i got it from fitnessnsucces(dot)com click on the trim section.
Instead of oatmeal, have you tried chia seeds? It's less calories then oatmeal, has a lot of calcium, protein, a super food! And you don't need to add the protein shake stuff in it which just adds even more calories. I've used the chia seeds, its filling and helped me lose 40 pounds.

Thank you So much! I have been stuggling with my weight for the last 4 years but it really took off when I get pregnant with my son, I busted my bum off last year and only lost 15 pounds, Talk about discouraging, But Since january 9th I have lost 12 pounds from doing exactly what your video says, It is an amazing feeling and I plan to keep at it because its something I want, I want to be healthy not only for myself but my husband and son to! thank you so much, I will be watching this onmybad day

Thanks for this video. At the moment I'm using diet55program, and I am very satisfied. I lost my fat for a couple of weeks with this diet plan. Best part of that program is that you don't need to starve at all. Thanks to my friend who told me about diet55program I now have body as I always wanted.

Thankyou for sharing your experience with us! I have been overweight since I was a child too and tried a variety of things to get the weight off just to put it right back on. While I have to lose almost twice the amount that you have lost, I'm not giving up just yet. I love the advice that you gave about starting out small like replacing snap peas for chips. That I don't have to do it all at once. I love that. I just want to say that you are beautiful I love your vids, and great job!

You should watch out about peanut butter, seems you like to use it alot, in your porridge, on your selery. A spoon of peanutbutter is around 90cals.

1. go walking
2. clean up around the house (seriously, your body moves a lot when you clean up)
3. dance. you're in the privacy of your own home, so don't be afraid to look like an idiot.

i lost 8kg just from going to the gym 3 times a week, walking the dogs for 15 mins and eating healthy, i dont eat chocolate or drink softdrink and for breakfast i have vaalia yoghurt and a coffee with 1 teaspoon of sugar and for lunch wholemeal salad sandwich and dinner large serve of veggies with fish snacks are apples and bannanas, i think that is way to much for me to eat already, i had a problem with under eating not over eating and on the diet im on, just feels normal except for a fewthings

I love that your not just another one of those "extreme" weight loosers. You have such a realistic goal, and are aware of that its going to take time to loose weight. And i love that you actually go to the gym. I have so many friends that just change their diet and expect to loose weight and be skinny. It just doesent work that way. You are a great inspiration!

Awesome just started, 3 days ago. Couldn't afford the gym either so I got the beachbody insanity fast and furious dvd, which gives me 30 minutes a day of cardio. Well since I am a smoker and overweight, I can't do 30 minutes one session, so I do 10 minutes, then another 10 and another 10 later. :) I've been through the whole weight lost, journey before and lost like 80 pounds but I have put it on all back in the last 4 years and I had a baby recently.

Weight watchers is the best freaking way to go...I've literally have tried every diet out there and I never lost weight and on time I actually did and the weight came right back on :)
I've been on weight watchers for about a month and a half and I have already lost 16 pounds!!
I love this program and it taught me how to eat better and change my bad habits...I love it!

Its a life style change eat some fat burning foods like poultry, salmon, brocolli, citrus fruits, carrots ect..

Ive lost alot of wieght through my nutrition. A friend reccommended advocare to me. A nutrition company that has amazing credentials. any way to make a long story short I used their 24 day challenge among other products like their fat burner "catalyst" and I lost 30 lbs in 3 months and went from 24% body fat to 11.5%. Instead of oatmeal, have you tried chia seeds? It's less calories then oatmeal, has a lot of calcium, protein, a super food! And you don't need to add the protein shake stuff in it which just adds even more calories. I've used the chia seeds, its filling and helped me lose 40 pounds.
