You need learn to use SSH first.

Then go to Media/Videos folder, theres the recordings. I don't remember, but shouldn't be too hard to find them.

The video quality is actually about 10 times better than that (Or iPhone Video Recorder, which cost's 20 dollars.) This is free, but doesn't support sound yet.
