I've had bad bad eczema all my life. & 2yrs ago i found a real good allergist. & it turned out that i had millions of food allergies. Some of them happend to be super foods too. I was allergic to olive oil(which i luv cuz its he healthier oil), nuts, brocoli, some chemical that was in chocolate, soy milk, eggs& much more. But i got treated for it and my eczema has improved drastically! I still get it but its way more tolera
For the pass few months I have been doing acupuncture and omg..I swear by it! Best thing that ever happened to me as it relates to eczema! Have had a flare up since! It's amazing! No joke!
I learned so much in this video! I've actually been using EVOO as a body moisturizer (I have a video on that) and a night cream for a few months consistently and haven't had any rashes! It is a miracle worker for me.
