I have a 3500 psi and 4 gallons a minute and mine works like a dream...just remember not to go so fast or it will leave swirl marks...great investment

4 Gallons a minute is good or even more.
I run on Honda Diesel's 9hp here in England. These have Cat Pump 45's on giving 17 Litres per min.
