lmao, first of all eating the right food and right amount helps you to recover and build muscles after all the hard work out
but what u really learn out of this video is how to be as efficient as possible when all u care about is nutrition and how to deliver those nutrition to your body system in the most effective way XD
Great video you are very informed If I may add,can you tell me something more about some Fat15Cure?Some guy at the gym told me that he used it and build some serious mass and get his six packs at the same time.
Thank you for the carb fun fact at the end of the video cuz thats something a lot of people look over , I know I did when I started lifting nd eating clean
I can't believe how people are so worried about eating white rice. Wow get a grip. I have been on a weight loss journey. I have 5 months down and 61 lbs lost. Almost all my meals contain white rice. I am an endomorph. Calm down. Please.
so do you eat the same thing all day eg breakfast meal 1 fish veg meal 2 same meal 3 same etc or do you switch it up eg breakfast-eggs oatmeal fruit meal 1-fish veg pasta meal 2 chicken veg rice meal 3 protein shake fruit etc.
@Eriikk82 eliminating all carbs from the diet long term is a bad idea. It'll put your body in ketosis which is effective at metabolising free fatty acids and rapid initial weight loss, but carbs are very muscle sparing and are important when trying to build muscle. Insulin is not always a bad thing is the most anabolic hormone and is required for growth and repair. Carbs get a bad rap. They have their place and ideally should be taken from the right glycemic sources at the right times.
When you were young you were benching 600lbs, squatting 1000lbs and deadlifting 1200lbs and you were at 7% bf.But I know, I know..Then kids showed up, extra responsibilities etc.
dude, white rice, and shrimp? really? there are soooo many better sources or both complex carbs and lean protein, that will be cheaper and more effective.
@StaRay09 look at my new video, and feel free to see the video of me deadlifting over 500 squating over 500 and benching 225 for 23 reps..on this channel :) i made gains, eating like this :)
@barthelfitness thats awesome bro, fuck the haters lol theres always gona b someone sippen that haterade, and eating like this def does cause great lean mass gains
@barthelfitness Being strong and being in a great shape is not same thing. No offense. Could you please upload a topless video so we can have an idea how well this diet works. Appreciate your hard-work.
@barthelfitness hi i saw your bodybuilder diet and i thought it was pretty simple im trying to cut weight or i must say lose weight any tips you can give me on diet cuz i dont know shit about dieting, nothing zero, and i heard that 70% is diet then the rest is working out please help i will subcribe
@barthelfitness i been told that if you want to get super ripped, you can to cut all carb and sugars. no rice, cheese, bread, fruits etc, is that true?
@StaRay09 that kid is a legit bodybuilder he has vids of him trainin :D and he competed in a contest and took i believe fifth your a retard and should do more research n.n
@feitom1995 actually i have seen him and he looks like shit, so if you want to jump all over his dick then go right ahead. but if you dick ride this dude then it doesnt say much about you.
@samarsh3 it's nice to see you commenting, as the more time you spend on the internet, the less time you spend with people around you, you useless dumbfuck.
@StaRay09 well I think they were just sharing their idea. No need to be critical. It really depends the goals a person has. When the goals are not as strict pertaining to belly fat then they can eat simple carbs like the white rice to a certain degree.
@butterfly4u18 Yes to a certain degree, all of this kids meals consist of salt start and sugar in his carb source alone. you can just tell by this dudes body he is a failure at body building... he puts a disclaimer int his video that he doesnt do steroids, we can totally see that you puss.
@StaRay09 Interesting observation, that the meals commonly start with sugar or salt. That's true that many meals do. I tryed the eating clean diet for atleast a year or more, and I'm not doing that these days. I still try to eat mostly healthy.
Id prob eat more and try to not be as skinny but i like to make sure my family gets what they need first... were not poor or anything im just too nice like that... i want them to eat what they need so its kinda hard for me ya know?
For people who don't know about the best rice for your health. Quote: "The most nutritious rice is always whole grain, minimally milled, and unpolished (or semi-polished)-whether it be basmati, jasmine, or "regular" rice-with its outer layers intact as you want a rice to feature its bran and germ when you enjoy it so that you can enjoy greater health benefits."
i know his meals are big, maybe his metabolism is really high, but the 250-300 lbs pros eat meals like that... hes not that weight, hes not using anabolic's ( to my better knowledge) , and this isnt to knock him down or anything, its all up to him! but just saying those are big meals and it might be harder on his body in the long run. just some advice.... what helped me bulk up was red meat.... that did it for me!
Hey quick question. where did u buy those containers for the food that have the divide in them. I wanna use them but i can't find where to buy them. Thanks
great meals man, just one thing try to keep your food away from plastic, if you do a lil research you will see how bad it is when your (hot food) touches the plastic, i use glass for everything. heres a lil link just one of many
So those 4 containers were for ONE day? You said at 4:55 that you "have meals for tomorrow." So how do you space it out to eat all that? Do you eat anything else as well?
you should take roids dude... i would if i could but i cant so im not... it would help you out a shit load with bulking up, just make sure not to abuse them like alot of people do
Hey bro, this is the first video I seen of yours, definitely not the last, you seem to have some nice tips and tricks on storing and prep on food. But do you count calories or wing it based on the mirror?
get some thyme and basil or sage. when cooking the rice add a leaf or two of sage or basil in the rice, then sprinkle a good amount of thyme into the rice afterwards.
just an idea, cause just plain ol garlic powder gets boring after awhile... and its much more aromatic and less salty. Try it with some lobster and string beans.

@Corleonetone Please research before you comment. Shrimp has about 18 grams of protein for every 3 ounces. He had about 8 ounces in each meal so thats around 50 grams of protein per meal.

very inspirational stuff JR. My biggest question to you and i hope you reply is.... What would you do if you were a bodybuilder going into the field of nursing? nurses are always on the run and always busy taking care of patients and i wouldn't imagine being able to eat a good solid 5-6 meals during a 12 hour shift. What would you do to stay anabolic and maintain your physique in that kind of field?
u love garlic as much as i do lol i put the shit in everything

very inspirational stuff JR.
