I can also hide in small places (like in a bush--I'm not kidding!) if I'm trying to avoid someone, and I can play children in theater productions! My taller friends like to carry me around. I say I'm travel size.

Oh, and also, since more than HALF of us are 5'4 or under, and that's considered "petite", I guess it might be nice if most women were like models, or if less than half of us were not considered short, but saying people who are over half of the population are short, not average, is odd to me. it reminds me of how on internet dating sites, in movies and books, men under 6' tall do not exist.

I'm 4'11 and in my high school, most people are taller than me, and ive never had a problem with or even really thought about my height, im used to it, but one day that I had a tall friend, Eli, <3, who's never made fun of me for it. and realised that it's more socially acceptable to crack as many midget jokes and 'arent you the sweetest little thing' but he made me realise its just as immature to do that, and I dont feel bad of replying "No, you're just freakishly tall" to insecure girls.

i'm right under 4'10" and it's not that I want to seem taller when I dress, but these tips are really good. These are the types of clothes I look for. I knew all of this before I saw this video, I just thought it would be funny to see what they had to say. Dress however you want. if you don't want these tips, don't take them! These clothes just look flattering on a shorter person. There's nothing wrong with flattering clothes. I don't understand the pessimism some commenters have for this video.
