Winston Churchill is corrupt because in World War One, when he was a Field Officer, he ordered the use of poison gas on local European tribes who where fighting for Germany. Germany also used Poison Gas, but Winston Churchill criticized them for it saying all this bad stuff about Chemical Warfare. He then, After World War One, helped make it an International Law against the use of Chemical Warfare.
