  • 1:17 and 2:15-2:18. Quite possibly the greatest movie scenes ever!;)

  • what's the song name at the end..i like it

  • @AlizeRosenkreuz Alessandro Alessandroni is the one who composed the music for the movie if you look him up you may be able to find it. I think (im not sure for certain) that it may just bge devil's nightmare theme by Alessandro Alessandroni

  • That is one excellent severed head at 2:06. Honestly, I don't think I've ever seen such quality special effects in any horror movie ever.

  • They weren't even real screams, more like people with larengitis trying to scream.

  • XD ahahaha!!

  • 1:21-What is that liquid blue goo that the guy swallowed and spit up?

  • This is one of my favorite European horror flicks from the 70s. Erika Blanc's outfit looked like it had a Vampirella influence.

  • Great campy gore film from 1971,I saw it in the theater with In 'The Devil's Garden'.It was released in the mid 70's to cash in on 'The Exorcist.'

  • Die drowning in a glitter pool..i live this 70s horror flicks! :)

  • Erika Blanc is out of this world gorgeous and sexy and a very underrated actress. She is definitely the highlight of this movie!

  • This is a Masterpiece film, very dark and spooky,Erika Blanc gives a great performance and the rest of the cast is great as well. One of my favorite movies.

  • I got this masterpiece of Grindhouse yesterday as a part of a box called "Devil Worship Collection" or something creative like that... maybe that one's easier to find than the movie by itself, I don't know... but maybe it will help somebody who wanna own it :)

  • that guy at 1.12 had one to many bottles of wine

  • i got this movie at the dollar tree couple of years ago.

    It's damn good movie.

  • the say the title alot

  • That priest was hot (the first one).

  • I must say CGI looks significantly more real than a cartoon. Thats the point of it..

Mind you, the twister in wizard of Oz was drawn, so.. while CGI has its place I think ingenuity rules supreme. Another good example is starwars. The older ones are far more engaging because of its real effects.

  • Actually, the twister in Wizard of Oz was made with a woman's stocking... thus proving your point even more.

CGI is overrated. I've seen it do some amazing stuff, but more often I've seen it look plastic and ugly. I also think the ease of digital image manipulation encourages today's moviemakers to go overboard with gaudy visuals. Compare how clean and beautiful the design and effects in the old Star Wars movies are next to the eyesores of the new trilogy. Sometimes less is more.

  • good information there.. Ill check out that stocking thing :) cheers

  • I enjoyed reading the opinions of se7en1976 and yohei72. Speaking of ingenuity ruling over glitz, one has only to look at the explosion scene and the last shot in "The Birds" to see what a brilliant mind can create; what looks like a full-fledged town it's actually a painted matte... We have Albert Whitlock to thank for that!

  • FANTASTIC FILM, TY FOR THE TRAILER

  • All you kids are so hung up on effects and..."realism". Does cgi look real to anyone? It always looks like a cartoon to me.

  • who said we are kids we just think it looks so fun when he jump out the window ;D

  • I laughed my ass of when he jumped out of the window like ahhh then boom so bad effects :D but so funny

  • YEAH YOU'RE RIGHT MAN fuckin' hillarous

  • That sounded so funny to XD

  • madhouse is funny too

  • He stops screaming before the thud..

  • How very Grindhouse. I may look for it on DVD.

  • Braindead!!!..lol.

  • I saw this on late night TV in the 80s. Man, whatever happened to Daniel Emilfork?

  • He later played the role of Krank in City Of The Lost Children. And he doesn't look all that different!
