  • it seems a good app for learning, but is this also a good answer machine for doctor?

  • HI there I am a nursing student. I was wondering

    (1) do you need to have a wifi connection or internet connection to be able to access the drug, lab and medical dictionarys. Like if im working where there is no wifi connection will I be able to use this app on my ipod touch 4g??

Do I need to sync the application on a wifi connection before each use?

can you foresee any problems using this app on an ipod touch 4g

  • Great review of Nursing Central. I've been using it for about a year and a half now and I know of 2 things that would make the program much better. First: a general search from the home screen. Why should I have to click into Davis's Drugs, and then onto "All entries" to finally reach my input point? Also customizable folders in "Favorites" section. Nice to put clients meds in, but even better if they could be categorized by patient in specific folders that are easily deleted by folder.

  • Thanks for posting. It helped a lot.

  • @Bobbyshaker Actually after searching a little more, I realized it doesn't have SI units

  • @Bobbyshaker Yes it does, but can I suggest Lexi-Comp Individual? It's free and very efficient!
