What I LOVE about the Dear Frankie kiss is that it doesn't rely on the cliche "big speech and kiss" deal. They just look at each other and instinctively know what needs to happen. I LOVE that movie.

I think the reason these kisses are so good is because of the context of the kiss, what led them to the kiss. I hadn't seen Dear Frankie, but I saw the kiss somewhere and it made me want to watch the whole movie just to see the context of that kiss.

I would agree, except for the fact that when you watch Dear Frankie, that kiss is a KISS. I just remember being over the moon when they kissed in that movie.

N&S is my favorite screen kiss ever. But I would have a hard time deciding between those two.

And randomly, one of my other favorite onscreen kisses that I hardly see in these compilations is the kiss from Never Been Kissed. That's a great one too.

It's actually not Civil War - it is based in England. The movie is based on the book by Elizabeth Gaskell. The title has to do with the fact that she is from the South and he the north. I know netflix has it, not sure about others.
