  • I thought this was in animation for a second.

  • You are executing this drill in the oposite way intended. Jumping... in hurdles is just as banned as swearing in a church! In hurdles we want to eliminate the jumping completely.Jumping over every hurdle will only slow you down.

    You need to run them!

So for this exercise to have any purpose, you need to keep your center of gravity as low as possible over the hurdle. Eliminate the jumping, clip the hurdle and make ground contact asap.

  • Too high over the hurdle...need more knee drive. Your trail leg vid looks good tho!

  • How far apart are your hurdles here?

  • @ameliabedelia81995 - The spacing should be worked out for each individual athlete. I would suggest walking the drill and leaving a space of anything between 1 - 3 strides depending on ability. Once you are confident with the drill try it at speed.

  • This is what we are building up to do. Notice her legs are straight in front of her, and her body is ballanced.

  • on behalf of my hurdling coach use your arms more! high knees! faster! haha

  • if you look closely she studder steps a bit, but nevertheless acceptable

  • No, this is not animated.

  • you're hot!

  • She's gorgeous.
