push part of the bag into the bottle when its empty, making a pocket inside the bottle, the pour some baking soda into that...., makes it a lot easier =^_^=

Maybe try less vinegar in as well.

Also, when doing this, dont return to it once you have dropped it, last thing you want is it to blow up and cut you or your camera man =^_^= It WILL hurt, + the vinegar will make it sting
