0:39 was like my neighbourhood in 2004, my neighbour, was killed when a tree smashed through her roof, we actually lost our roof! xD i guess thats why when the tv gose blank and says "MANDATORY EVACUATION MESSAGE! IF YOU ARE IN THE ARE IN THE VIEWING AREA, PLEASE USE HURRICAIN EVACUATION ROUTS AND LEAVE IMMEDIATLY! CONDITIONS WIL DETERIORATE AND MAY BECOME DEADLY*etc* but the problem is most of the time we cant leave, the gasstations are empty and the traffic on I 95 is stopped so, oh well -_-
I have the book which has some fantastic shots,so seeing this video was a bonus. We don't get wild weather like that in England(maybe that's a good thing!)
You're waaay braver than me: don't chase. Storms find ... me. Don't go looking for them. That's why my images are NOTHING compared to yours! LOL But: you inspire me.
VERY intense, heartpounding capture of Nature at its best (or worst), depending on how you look at things. Adding to favorites, thank you, Jim!
Got the book and it's worth of every dollar. This clips summarizes nicely what's the book is all about. The only downside in the book is many of the great shots are placed on two pages.
Without a doubt the best series of storm chaser clips ever assembled! That was an awesome video promo for the book. If ever there was a prime example of how to showcase your life-long work, this is it. Very well done- keep it up.

I'm glad someone has the guts to get up close to those things so us cowards can know what it looks like. Dang, there was someone in that car too!
