  • Also, I should stop watching workout techniques on youtube, I swear. I watch one, see a female in the suggestions and forget what I was doing.

  • This is stupid

    Anyone can do 10 press ups, so start there and work your way up to doing more

    There is no point in this at all. In fact not going all the way down just means you're wasting energy and not building muscle properly

  • Love your videos. One advantage of a beer gut, easier pushups :)

  • This is EXCELLENT and I wish I had seen it about 6 years ago when I first started training!!!
