Can anyone explain why the variator spins in one direction, when the crankshaft is actually moving back and forth? What stops it from just moving back and forth itself?

@feedbackloop the crankshaft inst actually moving back and forth but one direction i would explain it but its hard to just typing. she should have showed it moving correctly oh well. if you can find anything that explains how an engine works let me know and ill try an find/ make some that will show you how it works.

Looks like a pretty cheap/nasty scoot,

Not a bad vid tho :) But. the clutch don't turn the wheel lol. The clutch spins untill the rpm engages it, thus turning the pri gear ect.

& performace upgrades void your insurance :) unless you inform the company ect.

Europa are still kings of scoots :P

you're right about the clutch...if this were a car. this scooter doesn't have gears (that's what the cvt is for) and the centrifugally engaged clutch is actually attached directly to the rear axel, quite smart if u ask me
