Imo Safin is the most naturally talented tennis player ever, just watch his best matches like when he creamed Pete Sampras, pure brilliance. Tennis is a purely instinctual thing for him. For whatever reason his mental and emotional discipline broke down over the years, but there are always flashes of brilliance even when he seems to give up. I get kind of sad thinking about the untapped brilliance and potential, he has the talent to be number 1. For sure no one will ever rival his charisma.
