Also I found out this tidbit, the resort in Florida that has a monkey population trapped and sold 350 of them to labs in PA. Monkeys haters are far from alone.

The little ones try to keep up but the either end up dead from dehydration, or become prey. A new alpha male will kill all the infants he can. Some are lucky enough to escape, but get out in the wild, and will end up coming near humans to find food or water. Babies stand a less than 40% chance of survival.
