Stereotypically many of my friends call Clannad a girls anime. Seeing the statistics prove otherwise, mostly viewed by teenage and adolescent men.

But on my personal point of view I can say that "Softies" among men are good and loyal, while "thoughguys" are only though and seem to carry an affection towards bad things.

It makes life so much more sad that in anime, when something like this happens, they really don't ever break up and they do stay together (just like one of them says they want to), but then you look at real life and realize that 50% of marriages end in divorce.

@CosmicRaine well....unlike anime no one person can ever really and truly be content with what they have, temptation and such drives people to want more...if there was no temptation, then maybe a person's first crush would always turn out into their wife/husband....if that were true the world would probably be a lot nicer...irl crushes and most relationships last for like a few weeks...months at best...marraige has a 60% chance of dissolve too.
