@bisman85 To finish what I had to say I have no problem letting a man be a man and letting him know he is the king of my home. However, there are some things I well not tolerate regardless. I don't feel like I should have to settle for less then i deserve. Black men don't settle so y should I. If u want me to treat you like the king u are then u need to act as such. I am a very strong black woman and I know what i want. It's time for all men to step back and take another look at the black woman.

@bisman85 Darling you are wrong about black women we do not have bad attitudes nor are we mean to our black men we just don't put up with the things they try to do to us. Black women of the 50's are no different then most black women today. Granted there are the few who make it bad for the rest of us and I can see y most people view us in that light. For the most part black women have had to deal with a lot when it comes to our men and we don't get the credit we so deserve.

I want to but the women I meet talk just like these women do, but many times do not know how to be wives themselves, sometimes there are substance abuse problems, honesty issues, etc. Some of these successful women are not all that great of a catch. I live in the Washington DC area where women outnumber men. I meet so many successful women, but many of them are full of games. I swear. If a woman wants a good man, be good to him: don't lie, cheat, steal, etc.
