@myfacevids The power for the mic is provided by the pc or mac when you plug in the usb. and yes, it should work with any recording program.

HI @johnboy2729 I have my AT2020 Usb microphone a couple of days now. and im using my MAC. i already test the input sound of my micropone and the sounds from my computer. the question is i dont know how can i record the video on different camera? what setting did you use? i cant hear the output sounds of my microphone. am confused hope you read this message. i will appreciate it.

@browneyedxshorti I had the microphone recording to my PC throughout the whole video. Using my video editing software, I muted the audio from the camera and brought in the mp3 that was recorded during the video from the AT2020USB.

@browneyedxshorti I switched the audio in post production. I was recording the audio with Audition throughout the entire video. I saved that mp3 and dragged it into Premiere to replace the audio from the video camera.

I'm getting mine friday! The at2020 usb is a great microphone, has a lot of reviews, you can get everything for amazon, for CHEAP, ill be making a review video as well! Everyone should invest their time in the portable recording studio, search it, BETTER RECORDING!
