  • Most candidates end up contradicting themselves when you ask them too many questions. Not this guy.

  • ron paul is awesome!!1

  • I see all these Ron Paul supporters on the Internet, but when I turn on the T.V, everyone is behind Romney.

Must be media corruption or something..........

  • @friedchicken187 That's exactly why the government wants to start regulating the internet in my opinion. It's the only media that is actually free and run by the people.

  • Brilliant politician! Perfect, well explained, straight answers. Who was the last president, not only politician that did this in every interview?

    Vote Ron Paul

  • "Government interferes too often" AMEN!!!!

  • Three 'Dislikes'...I wonder what they dislike about freedom.

  • HE MENTIONED SHRINERS!! I was able to walk for the 1st time thanks to that hospital! A God sent for children all over the world.

  • "I hope people will understand economics..." We love you Dr Paul. Never give up. Ron Paul 2012!!! Yes understand economics and do research on sound money and Austrian school of thought...

  • Just imagine Ron with John's mustache !

  • @Sacramento916ers cant haha

  • ron paul is talking and actually saying something, where as the rest of the politicians are just talking

  • He has trust that the general public can think for themselves and take care of themselves what are government is doing now is making us stupid and dependent. Thats why people are scared of this guy.

We would have to take responsibility for ourselves.

  • what a moustache

  • I tell you this, if he DOES NOT get elected, the USA is completely fucked. This man is their last chance.

  • america will fall with this guy, but plz leave the world alone =)

  • stupid how the presenter thinks ron paul is mad people need to drink a bottle of cop on

  • Wow 0.3 % a percent of a percent dislike this! I have hope for the world

  • Also, does electing Ron Paul trigger a war that lasts the duration of his presidency? I'd like to know what PRC or Russia think of Dr. Paul and his ideas (although 'war' isn't necessarily the most likely foreign consequence).

  • Questions: What state will you live in when the boundaries of the Federal Government are withdrawn? What laws and taxes would these states create as a result of being pulled from the teat of the Federal Government? Would you rather live in socialist Massachusetts or the wild west in Texas? Can states close their boarders to other states? Who will bail out the states that fail, and what will result of the diaspora?

  • @89savant Well, it would be a lot like what's going on in Europe right now...We(Texas) would most likely be like the UK and refuse to be part of something that takes our serenity away...we've been successful as our own nation before. There's no reason that wouldn't happen again...

  • @89savant

    1. I'm not changing states.

    2. Same stuff. maybe a little more adventurous.

    3. Socialist Massachusetts

    4. Hell no, this is a Union and the states can not have independent relations with other states. There's a reason why there is no California Ambassador to Michigan.

    5. No one. or maybe California.

  • I am open minded about Ron Paul. I've always liked Obama, but I realize that he is far to polarizing a figure to get anything done in Washington.

If Ron Paul does not win the primary or run as an independent, I will vote for Obama over any of the suits christened at the RNC.

If he wins the nomination, I look forward to the most historic political debates in the history of the world.

  • I'd love to see Paul debate Obama. In my opinion, it would be closer than most hard-core Paul supporters think, but any other candidate would fail. Obama intelligently represents the Left and Paul intelligently represents the (true) Right.

Ron Paul, elected, will face at least as much criticism as Obama from both the left and right,

If the lower-class is not made complacent, we might need turn into a police state to control the violence.

If the upper-class collapses, we suffer for a while.

  • HE's making sense

  • i want a single payer system because the government is taking too much from me already. might as give me "free health care" lol

  • I think not just we'd be richer in money because it's not going to taxes, but we'd be richer in interpersonal relationships because we'd be dependent on each other as opposed to dependent on filing forms in triplicate to various govt' offices, etc, etc.

  • Ron Paul is fantastic, why didn't we vote for him before!!!! God I hope he win the Republican Primary and gets to run for President!!!!!! 2012!!!!

  • It's not enough to say "Vote Ron Paul"

PEOPLE NEED TO SWITCH PARTIES 12 WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF THE PRIMARIES IN MOST STATES.

IF YOU DO NOT SWITCH IN TIME YOU CANNOT VOTE IN PRIMARY.

IF YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED REPUBLICAN YOU CANNOT VOTE IN PRIMARY.

IF RON PAUL DOES NOT WIN PRIMARY, NO GENERAL ELECTION ! REGISTER AS A REPUBLICAN. FIND OUT WHEN YOUR STATE HAS PRIMARIES. FIND OUT WHERE AND VOTE VOTE VOTE ! PLEASE !

WE NEED EVERY LAST VOTE ! Copy & Paste this everywhere and thumbs up

  • @nwood1311 Go to your State's Secretary of State or voting site and Search for Open or Closed Primary. You should be able to find out if you have to register a party affiliation in advance to vote in a party's primary. In Texas, you are bound by the affiliation of the first party primary that you vote in. in other words, if you vote for Ron Paul in Texas, you cannot vote for another party candidate in a runoff or convention. Basically, your first vote sets your party affiliation.

  • But how can we do things on a daily basis to move towards this.

  • Comment removed

  • The solutions to your problems start with YOU! Fix your problems and then maybe others will follow in your local community. The government that controls everything is tyrannical.

  • Ron Paul is the most trustworthy out of any candidates i've ever known about. He has voted the same way for thirty years & does not let his own beliefs of people get in the way of what would be the right thing for this country. People need to wake up & realize we don't need the government to set rules for us.. we are perfectly capable of making decisions on our own. It is pretty sad if you do not realize this& I am shocked that Ron Paul is the first politician to speak out about it.

  • Why don't you take someone to the Supreme Court for obstructing an election? You got plenty of options: CNN, FOX, Texas straw poll, etc.. Even if you didn't win, it would be great coverage. Isn't it your duty? Ever heard of the "Law of Agency"? You need to prevent this from ever happening again by having it put into law. Don't you want to make this country better? That would be a great way to start it off.

  • The reason why Health Care prices goes up is because when Government gets involved the Corporations take advantage of the Public Sponsorship and purposely raise prices. They know that the Gov is payie pang for it and not the consumer and they take every dollar they Gov gives the patient. This system doesn't work NOT because of Government intervention but because of GREED.

  • The best interview yet.

  • i agree with mattm12124 its so simple who should be in office and for more than 2 terms but i guess people want no freedom and government taking over and making the NWO come true

  • 2 0 1 2 !

  • i think ron paul needs to talk to students.. about how education is getting more expensive and quality is decreasing.

  • Less = More

  • I'd rather see Ron Paul as president just as I would have rather seen Ross Perot as president. For 2012 it looks like the GOP choice is going to be Mitt Romney. He'll smile, wave and say what the GOP think people will vote for. For the GOP to do otherwise would probably get Obama re-elected. That's sad, because the only way this country will avoid going the way of the Roman empire is to come to its fiscal senses through someone with some sense like Ron Paul.

  • The time is now!

    Ron Paul 2012!

  • He's a fantastic interviewer; asks the questions that every political layman has on their minds. His goal is not to debate Ron Paul, but to reveal his beliefs and the knowledge that serves as their foundation. A rare example of truly unequivocal media.

  • @ BILL O’REILLY

Listened to this and you will understand

what the true meaning of the phrase

“NO SPIN ZONE “ really means!

  • i respect your views. i dont agree with all of them. but i respect them no less

  • RON PAUL LETS TAKE AMERICA BACK!

  • 1. leave people alone!

    2. leave the economy alone!

    3. leave the world alone!

    SOUNDS GREAT TO ME!

  • @qncsc Are you being serious? I hope you are, because I agree!

  • @qncsc Its amazing what happened to freedom, free-markets, and individualism.

  • Its amazing that people don't like Ron Paul. He tells it like is and like it should be. 2012 is close and we have another chance to get our country back from the empire builders. We live in the best country in the world, it would be a shame to lose it. Many brave men and women of all ethnic backgrounds have given their lives in a protection of OUR CONSTITUTION. God forbid they have given this sacrifice in vain. The ones filling their pockets with taxpayer money are the ones against RP.

  • @gi00720 Look at the title "Banned interview"!! The media doesnt want ron paul to be too well known...because they know he would probably have a high chance of winning.

  • Comment removed

  • I wish he took a speaking class and got rid of that "uh, uh" thing. xD

  • Who's going to do it? Whoever it is, I'm sure they can do a more efficient and ultimately a better job at it than our government.

  • Stossel

  • John Stossel is giving this guy a chance in the media. IT's acually GREAT that John had this interview. He has to ask these questions - notice in a peaceful and not jerkie way - so that people know where he stands on various positions.

He's asking questions that the common American want to know about. If you went door to door and were supporting RP then you'd expect interviews like this. John is great for this!

  • Congress man Ron Paul says "I dont want to run your life, I dont want to run the economy, I dont want to police the world, What kind of presidential candidate says that?" Dude this reporter is a fucking moron. VOTE RON PAUL

  • @JacobNealBarton the reporter is playing the devils advocate you plonker. The reporter is great in this buy asking imporant questions and allowing RP to answer in a clear and calm fashion.

  • "The failure of the government." -Ron Paul, Great quote.

  • This is the only politician who has been truthful and consistent his entire time in office, we need to elect him. He will bring the troops home, end the wars, end the drug wars, get rid of the Fed and our flawed fiat monetary policy.

    Ron Paul for President 2012!

  • This John Stossel says, Oh, well Some People Like the New Health Program b/c they are gettingTheir Meds for Free..............WTF !!!!

I Lost my Job 9 Months ago, Along with My HEALTH INSURANCE........., I am on Unemployment, Filed for Medicaid for My Kids OVER 6 Months Ago and I STILL HAVENT HEARD CRAP From Them, !!! I went back down there and They said I would Receive something in the Mail When they had a Decision........................WTF................

  • @DontBeSoJealous in case you missed it John Stossel is giving Dr. Paul slow ball pitches if you will and then allows him to respond to them in full. if you notice he doesn't once interrupt Ron Paul and is merely allowing him to respond to the questions that other political opponents are bound to attack him on. All the questions he asks are buzz words and fervently held ideas that make or break polititions. For example Paul Ryan's proposal on Health care had the grandma over the cliff commercial.

  • Before all this. He first needs to be elected. Have you seen his polls. He's always the last one with the least votes from all candidates. Now thats sad. America still is oblivious.

  • @krazy1luv what polls? He's consistently running 3rd in most polls and climbing, most competitive against Obama , dominates every debate and raises millions of dollars while his campaign is surging. Political analyst agree this type of grass root support has not been seen in decades. Fox, msnbc, and CNN clearly don't like the message of liberty and American freedom. This isn't 2008. This is the Ron Paul Revolution

  • @86ortega Really? well then thats good. I guess the polls they show on CNN are different. Im new to these polls and which ones are the accurate ones.

  • We have the cure for cancer (Burzinsky) and the FDA tried to steal his patents and trying to take his medical license from him..EEK..that is TOTAL EVIL CORRUPTION of our government...This is what our Government was supposed to be but thanks to Woodrow Wilson(democrat) in 1913 for giving our money away to the PRIVATE BANKERS..we have greed instead! THANKS RON PAUL for showing us the light!

  • What I like about Ron Paul the most is that he's not a 'silver tongued bullshitter' and it's refreshing to see somebody who's humble....he is smart and consistant.

Imagine George Bush doing this type of interview?? Not a fuckin chance!

  • Maybe a dumb question but why was this banned? Or what reason did they give anyways..

  • Boy I love Ron Paul. And major respect to the interviewer as well. So nice to see someone ask questions and then just sit and listen to the answer.

  • This man is a visionary, though he doesn't think so...

It's amazing that we as a nation have forgotten so much about the responsibilities of the state, and the rights and responsibilities of the individual.

  • Like a boss

  • Ron Paul 2012! Bringing intelligence back to politics.

  • We need him!!!! why there are only so many views...we all need to spread the word....he talks about real freedom!!!!! AND this is my first ever post in youtube but I felt it compelling....RON ROCKS!!!!

  • you will save the usa i will vote for ron

  • you will save the usa

  • Ron Paul is a goddamn boss.

  • Psssst, hey guess what America? We're broke. We can't afford NOT to elect Ron Paul 2012!

  • why dont more peaple listen to this guy. its sad ron is labled as crazy.

  • It will be a VERY cataclysmic day if the global elite rig the election to keep this guy out.

    Ron Paul or Revolution.

  • @7Epitaph Yes im scared of that

  • RON PAUL IS AN HONEST MAN!!! HE NEEDS TO BE OUR LEADER!

  • a bright light in a scary world

  • Ron Paul is whats up

  • If all or most of his policies are in place in this country and keep them like that for 20 years or so...it would easily pay for any and all health care needs in this country. Probably a lot less then that. It would a by product of lessening super amounts of debt. He understands the FED and how they work. His social policies and a fixed economy is the future if this country.

  • Ron is talking about Bill Clinton... 6:39 Listen for the impersonation.

    Ron must get BJs too!

    Goooo Ron!

  • Comment removed

  • I like this interviewer he does not talk back or interrupt, he listen and then talk

  • @ProtocolsMaster n he looks like he may cook meth on his off days. Even better :).

I hope ron paul is really for the people...I like him but I do not trust him that much

  • @ssssaintmarcus Human long for hope and tranquility. Lets just hope he's the man for the people indeed. he has my vote for it

  • @ProtocolsMaster Unlike Bill o'reilly.

  • @delboy4life Oreilly just gets dumber and dumber as he grow older and older (SMH). He is ether brain dead or he work for the Oligarchy as a front-man newser... shitty-head-shrimp

  • ALL kids (freedom fighter) reject their parents (tyrant) who are obsessed to control them...similar to how today's people are feeling...being sick and tired of a paternalistic government that under-minds an individuals ability to make their own choices for their own good.

  • his view on those touchy subjects dont sound so overwhelming when he explains it. clear and focused. he other politicians are petty, childish and spoiled

  • BEST INTERVIEW EVAAAAAH!!!!

  • RON PAUL DESERVES OUR VOTES. Make America what it was meant to be. A free country.

  • He blows me away I can't believe i'm hearing a politician who's real and honest

  • I get angry at America when i watch videos like this, it all seems so obvious and simple. Why can't everyone think like this guy.

  • @mattm12124 take time to educate the people and they will, Im sure of it :)

  • @mattm12124 Because they like being told how to think and what to do. It really is sad. If this man does not get elected I swear it's over. He is the only candidate that I have EVER felt compelled to vote for. I truely believe that he is the last sensable person in politics.

  • @appauled25 I agree

  • @appauled25 I agree. This is the only one i actually want to listen to and enjoy listening to he is the answer. I will really be crushed if he is not elected. Americans are stupid. This is fact if he is not our president. He knew what was going to happen to us back in 1988. He has been consistent with his claims and principals for over 30 yrs. He is an ideal president. He feels like home!

  • @pinkynthabrain1 I completely agree with you

  • @mattm12124 they won't show him on TV. That's how people here decide to vote. They see the 1 repub and the 1 dem and thats really all you ever hear about.

  • @MFchris1 yes, sadly that is the truth

  • @mattm12124 because if we did, the whole nation would be better off... and some people don't want that :P

  • @mattm12124 simple, because the closer you are to something, the harder it is to see it.

I have to say, Ron Paul is a very intelligent man, with experience, obversation, and most of all logic.

  • @mattm12124 As well good sir....very very frustrating!

  • @mattm12124 Because people are afraid of real reform and positive change, and it's quite sad. But I love the guy.

  • @mattm12124 Our media is largely to blame, men like Ron Paul are demonized in the media. Americans, don't attention to details. They get whatever bandwagon the media allows access to the national forefront. Case and Point: Pat Buchanan's platform was nearly identical to Ron Paul's. The media destroyed him with accusations of Anti-semitism when he differed with israeli foreign policy. President Obama's was allowed access with little or no scrutiny on any issue. Google "Fast and Furious" NO MEDIA!!

  • i love John Stossel and i love Ron Paul, and i'm not even gay! not that there's anything right with that :))

    RON PAUL 2012

  • 4:40... this is the reason he will not be elected... the elites need to make their money.

  • @blomeee3 who are the elites and why does there need to be "elites"

  • @AandresHernandezZ look up rothschilds

  • Notice when you go to another doctor or dentist... One of the first thing the receptionist ask is do you have insurance? They don't even bother to tell you how much the service will cost... They take your insurance card and then ask you to pay the copay... Notice the bill comes afterwards in a few weeks.. sometime your insurance covers it and sometimes not all....

  • ....if you ever look at the bill, you will notice..."wow, it cost so much.. looks like the prices are jacked up. lucky insurance covers.." Yes eventually every pays a higher premium.. so what goes around, comes around.

  • There were already government regulators within the banking industry before the 2008 financial crisis and now our government is looking to embed even more government regulators than ever before into the banking industry... So how is that government working for you so far??

  • The FED actually owe the taxpayers money. Why? The constitution states only Congress can coin money. Yet that privilege has been passed onto the FED which is not part of our government. The FED is a private institution. So why is the FED allowed to coin money out of thin air and then charge an interest on that debt to the taxpayers. SHOULDN'T WE BE CHARGING THE "FED" a FEE JUST TO HAVE THAT PRIVILEGE TO COIN MONEY?

  • I dont know all of his economic ideas, but it seems like taking government regulations out of the economy will be bad. Look where its gotten us in the past few years. I like alot of his ideas, but him being a republican makes me fear his support of big buisness, and letting them run rampant. just my 2 cents.

  • I love this guy. Why isn't he president already!?!

  • @rgarts because the average american's attention span is 2 fucking minutes long and can't see the big picture.

  • That's not entirely true. Sure, America has idiots, but so does every country. The media seem to be concealing RP as much as possible (The title of this video suggests so). There are even polls by CNN that show RP smacking some of the mainstream contestants, and interviews and videos of him that are blocked by Youtube. I'm not one for conspiracy theories and I thought it was plain crazy that someone would suggest it, but it gains more and more credibility each day. It's sick and getting sicker.

  • NO! People DON'T need drugs/pharmaceuticals. Feed your body properly and your body will heal itself!!!! Follow the gerson way for true health.

  • Notice he makes sense when he speaks. He does not dance around the question like most unsuccessful presidents. He does not need a teleprompter like Obuma

to do all his thinking for him.

  • One of the sad things is that all the answers he says are the obvious answers that could fix a majority of our problems. I think if we ran our country like a combination of Hong Kong (freest capitalist market in the world), Switzerland (most neutral country), we would have an experimental utopia.

  • "But who's gonna do it it if you politicians dont do it?"

    There is no god.

  • I hope I represent all of New Zealand when I say that the good hopes of the world are increased by this man. Ron Paul. Good, good man.

  • He has crystal clear ideas. Finally someone who is really intelligent and well versed with the principles of administration.

  • get off your computer and vote for ron paul :)

  • the more i listen the more i respect the man and wonder why it is that obama or bush or those clowns get the vote from the sheeple and the "selectors" of puppets.....ron is a dangerous man because he stands for the truth....against the wishes of the bloody corrup banksters who run the game of bigtime propaganda!

  • He reminds me of the same charisma as Sir Ian McKellen.

  • @bassedoutcleff They look much alike as well, lately I've been getting Ron confused for Gandalf

  • Fuck him for calling Ron Elderly. He's got more brains than that Stossel Douche bag.

  • If schools taught what the Constitution really says, instead of this liberal pablum of a "living, breathing document", and if good Austrian economics were taught in colleges, we wouldn't have "Entitledtown" in Wisconsin or anywhere else in America right now, and people would support Ron Paul.

  • I'll bet Ron Paul never talks dirty to women/girls on Twitter.

  • @Sibs1990

Think again, he's essentially second on average among the declared GOP candidates behind Romney & Romney is already set to trip over his Romneycare. This is the best time for someone like Ron because cutting debt & expenditure, ending FED, bringing in sound money & having a strong currency are all big issues for people & he's the only guy who's actually offering real solutions. People just need to stop saying "he won't win" & just vote for him, he's already "frontrunner" in polls.

  • @fermionsandbosons

Well, a lot less which also means less taxes, less unnecessary wars for the benefit of military-industrial-complex & more safer America as people around the world won't hate America as much as they do & have been for a while now. Here's the things that US (along with some other Western countries) have been doing for a long time for their big corporations & hurting other countries

    Iraq - watch?v=EDyV5KNa7y0

    Iran - watch?v=Nb4IweZWKzs

  • Tea Party screaming Smaller Govt. | What candidate do we KNOW for CERTAIN he wont turn back on that principle?? ||| RON PAUL |||

  • I'd vote for him if we lived on a Island with 100 people, not in a country with 300 million.
