It is bothersome to me that this has only been viewed 355 times. I am going to share this with everyone I know. I"m perplexed that so few understand civility, logic and the "substantive problems of running a government." We have lost our abilities for patience discourse and with that the human part of our government/representative bureaucracy.
I first heard this back in the late '70s and it's just as accurate today!
