@TheUria24 As for the Palestinians, continued violence on their part (not all of it from Islamist groups) is not going to help the peace process either. Neither is harping on the "right of return". Yes it's sad that some Palestinians lost their homes in the 1948-49 war but Israel is never going to allow the right of return. Palestinian leaders know this and yet insist upon it anyway. They view themselves as constant victims even though they have at least some control over their destiny.

@TheUria24 It was Ehud Barak who was prepared to give East Jerusalem to the Palestinians in failed negotiations. But more widely I would agree that the rest of the world should stay out as much as possible in regards to peace negotiations. I don't blame the settlers entirely, it takes two to tango and the Palestinians have contributed to the conflict too. But Israel controls the settlements and should stop them. Perhaps we should carry on this exchange via private message.

Previous peace talks reached an impasse because the Palestinians wanted the right of return and Jerusalem that Israel can not give because it will bring civil war

You can as mach as you want say that thay are childish but it's things that are important to both sides

will you agrea to give your Capital and change your country to all different kind of country just because another people or minority

@TheUria24 Actually in 2000 Israel was prepared to give the Palestinians East Jerusalem. Here's what is childish: Israel continuing to build settlements on the West Bank when the West Bank is supposed to be a Palestinian state (in theory). If Israel does not want to give the West Bank up then they should make arrangements for settling all or most Palestinians to other countries OR give all Palestinians rights as Israeli citizens. The status quo is not acceptable and not real peace.
