  • its so good i heard it first time in criminal minds

  • John Cash is Albert Einstein in music.

  • @MrKetchup287 better

  • @99Birk99 he's somehow a god of music *-*

  • so good *_*

  • American Legend.

  • Great Song

  • heard it for the first time - although a friend of mine is a big Cash-fan - and am deeply touched. God bless u and until we meet again ;-)

  • this song gives me chills

  • I´ve heard this song long time ago in the credits of a movie, since that time I´ve searched it, and now I´ve found it with google and youtube...

It´s such an amazing song, I love it, thanks for set it in here in youtube !!!

By the way, I love Metal too, but I started with Elvis and stll hear him today and I don´t see any contradiction... Cash is unique and amazing, and yes, he´s f.....g awesome...

Regards to all humans and other lifeforms, Jake Diablo from germany !!!!

  • I am not a big country fan, but I find my way to this song a couple times a year. so simple, so powerfull, and absolutly moving.

  • Please do not get me wrong, but when he sings " The Virgins are trimming their.".....?. And "Its very hard to kick against the Pricks...."?.

That cannot be right, and I am not deaf!!!. Can someone tell me the lyrics!

    Stiglaa xx

  • @stiglaa He says the virgins are trimming their wicks. This is a reference ot Matthew 25:7 and reffers to the wise virgins preparing for the comming of the Master. Its very hard to kick against the pricks is a refference to Acts 9:5 and is talking about Paul (then called Saul) resisting the guidance of God.

  • espectacular!!! JC para sempre...

  • "The hairs on your arm will stand up" - absolutely! :)

  • I Love It

  • sau geil

  • Awsome! Johnny Cash forever! He is my idol. I love you Johnny.

  • ♪ the hairs of your ass will stand up ♫ LOLOLOL

  • R.I.P jhonny cash best artist ever no matter what ya listen to everyone can relate to some song or another that he wrote

  • This is why there will never be another Johnny Cash. I don't care what kind of music you're into, you gotta admit this is the bomb!

  • I don't even like this kind of music very much, but this man is absolutely incredible. He seems like a person worthy of a lot of respect. Simply amazing.

  • the hairs of your arm will stand up....

  • time = upness

  • sweet

  • DAWN OF THE DEAD :)

  • A Legend will be remembered

  • perfect with dawn of the dead intro

  • I meant to put will be not with be.. sorry

  • Regardless of what the atheists say.. if Johnny said it, it has to be true! A++++++ Johnny was, is and always with be the best!

  • DAMN....NEVER HEARD THIS TIL NOW. FUCKING COOL!

  • is this track availalbe as mp3 somewhere? maybe at amazons, on a record?

  • I like that Bob Wootton guitar on this.

  • klasse

  • Johnny Cash was unique. I was taught to ride bulls and about music by Virgil Stone.

He hated Johnny Cash's type of music, but I have always liked it. Cash was the original Country/rock artist. They called it rock-a-billy at the time.

Virgil always played the old style western swing music and had at one time been in Bob Wills band.

They were both good christian men who lived the book and were the only book I was willing to read at the time. The music they played influenced my life greatly.

  • I did not know this. WOW. I like the older version better, heard it at the end of "The Hunted". (Tommy Lee Jones/Benicio del toro) Also on the "Dawn of the Dead" remake. I even thought the "Dawn of the Dead" remake would suck but with it's killer beginning and this song the beginning shocked me. Now I said the beginning of the remake was awsome. The rest of the movie was excellent which still surprised me but it did go down a little from superior to excellent. There island plan wasnotgood

  • I'm not religious in any form, but this song is brillantly written!

  • I hope he will still give concerts in heaven

  • @SarahDickmeis amen!

  • @SarahDickmeis That's all well & good, but heaven is a fairytale, no such place exists except in the vain foolishness of the mind of men & women who seem to think they occupy a special place in a universe where we are not the product of a deliberate creator, but an accident of fortuitous circumstances, & through the Anthropic Principle seem to believe that we have some magical portion of us that survives after death & goes to a different dimension. Nice try, but we're all dead meat, even Johnny.

  • @Stentor7 Why do psychos like you feel the need to pollute occasions which you obviously hate so much with your petty, useless opinions?

  • @b5anteros It's not my fault that the truth hurts, you're blaming the messenger. Just because I don't happen to believe in your little fairy-tale I'm a psycho? I think that says more about you, than anything else. I like the song, and I miss Johnny too, I've liked his music for years, but I'm not going to comfort myself like Sarah did by some extra-dimensional belief that Johnny's giving concerts in some magical place called heaven, it's absolute childish nonsense. Grow up, & smell the universe.

  • @Stentor7 The Truth? Because you say so? LOL! NOTHING you say touches on Truth. You give opinion only and that is all you can give. Poor opinions, too, since you can't see the wonders that are about you.

  • @b5anteros It's called Occam's Razor, stated simply it posits that the simplest explanation is usually the truth. So what's more simple? That some magical sky daddy created the whole universe, all 200 billion galaxies just for us? Or that we are merely by-products of a universe that seems to favor black holes much more than humans. We are the dust in the corners of this, my background is in device & theoretical physics from UC Berkeley. From what the evidence & facts suggest, there is no god.

  • @b5anteros In the religous context, you're merely engaging in a form of snobbery that assumes that you & those like you are the only ones who see the truth, & that all others are blind. But there's nothing to suggest that's true merely beyond the expression of your own opinion. I've seen wonders in this universe that you'll probably never lay eyes on, so don't presume that you have some knowledge that I don't, that's just a delusion on your part, why they call it the god-delusion. Deal with it.

  • @Stentor7 shut up its a great song, you preaching ass 13 year old

  • @captaindirtydick It is a great song, but I'm not preaching, and definitely not 13 years old, that birthday came and went back during the 1970s buttface, so stick it where your head already resides.

  • Every day is different Psalm. My heart to you plays a different song. In you oh Lord I place my faith. It’s never dark and it’s never too late. And the world keeps on turning. As the lamps keep on burning. Voices keep on filling praise. As each night we seek your face. Jesus lead me into your loving arms. It’s coming soon it won’t be too long. As we watch the moon and chase the Son. Until we return unto your awesome kingdom come.
