Hi Scott, i love your vids they are really helpful. Im 16 and i have a six pack, only the problem is the right side is about 1 inch higher than my left, is there a way to straighten this out?
@PhilPho1 you would have a better chance of him answering on his facebook community page but there really isn't a way. it's just genetics and the way that you are built.

I'm 21 now. Estimate is based off of skin fold calipers to determine body fat. I was 155lbs and at 8% back then, now I'm 190 at 15%. Did most of my growing when I started lifting in college.
I don't like when trainers make muscle building look so difficult. This is why I rarely watch Scott, and pay 100% attention to Scooby. Getting Abs is all diet and cardio, almost all of us already have a 6 pack, it's just covered with fat. Want to see your abs? Fix your diet and do cardio, having viewable abs is the most rewarding muscle ever, because it is not one bit easy. Scott still has my respect though.
@IngloriousSob Getting a 6-pack definitely isn't hard for everybody. I had one when I was 15 because I was lean as all hell. It's actually much more rewarding that I've put on 35 pounds of muscle, even though I no longer have a 6 pack ;)
@flamingpyroman haha at 15 we all had 6 packs. building a 6-8 pack is fairly easy ya, but when you hit that age where you body begins to fight against instead of for you, things become a lot harder. 35lbs of muscle? you gotta be close to 30 after those kinda gains.

@zkjgrty You can see his veins popping out because he doesn't have fat covering them. Also when you work out, you know, getting your heart rate up. It causes blood to move a lot faster which causes the veins to bulge. Where did you people go to school...seriously.
@HakuCell It's all about the angle of resistance and alignment. The pulley provides a fixed pivot point, cable keeps resistance weight at angle with skeleton, tendons, and muscle fibr
@HakuCell My guess would be the cable will add more resistance throughout the whole exercise, whereas there's little to no resistance using a weight on the way down. Don't take my word for it, though. I'm no expert. Just an opinion.
I fell in the gym just recently trying to do a variation of this exercise. My gym has wooden floors and no mat on it. So, the exercise ball slipped from beneath my back. I have done this exercise before quite comfortably on matted surfaces.
