--continued--while crime has gone down in those areas in the short term (it's better than it was 10 or 20 years ago, depending on who's numbers you look at), this is due to more stringent sentencing and "3 strikes" laws than we had in the 60's & 70's. The crime rate in black communities was far better in the 50's & before--prior to the point that the Left convinced those communities to rebel against society rather than to assimilate into it.

This Entire video is devoid of any Historical standing...The Republican party has a LONG history of supporting Jim crow and segregation. Blacks have steadily made great progress by voting for Democrats... they have more job oppertunities now and crime is at an all time low in most of their communities... Many Black voters are old enough to rember jim crow and racism. The Republican party has a history of race bating to get conservative votes. If it aint broke... why fix it?

@JUDALATION There were individuals within *both* parties that favored Jim Crow and Segregation back in those days--neither party was above reproach in that respect, yet we are told in 2011 that it was the Democratic party that was entirely responsible for the advancements of minorities, when instead they have been responsible for most of the problems faced by them. And crime in those areas is much higher than it was prior to the migration of blacks to the Left.

Your party is completly out of touch with reality and the truth. You only see what you want to see. A recent report showed that over 50 percent of whites in Arcansas were against interacial marrage. Blacks have just voted in the first black president. The question I have is why middle class whites vote conservative. THATS the real MISTERY
