  • When u do this side kick u must slightly bend ur supporting leg and turn ur supporting foot @ a 45 degree angle to help with ur balance better. One of the prob. in the fitness industry is that most have never really learned martial Arts and don't knw the proper way to execute certain kick or punches. doing this kick this way isn't the right way and can cause injury.   • @eliteforcecombat The water acts as a form of boyouncy so it really isn't imperitive you do this in water.
