i'm confused. mugen-infantry. i have no idea how to download anything on it. all the other sites, the files are different. i was able to get one character from mugen-infantry.

Just out of curiousity. I noticed that the file you downloaded was a ZIP file. I have characters right now but how do you change character files like rar.files?
