When i was fighting this boss for the first time me and my friend where constintly saying how scary that biology doll was so after a while while searching the boss ''again'' i was like ''ah screw you bitch'' and shotted the doll and it was the boss in disguise.

Anyway this battle is pretty predictible once you did it 1-2 times.

What difficulity was this?

Your first time through with watching the cut scenes will probably run you around 15-20hours but once you know what your doing and rush through the game skipping every cut scene it can be beaten in under 4hours.
