I have recently discovered Bas workout CD and love using it for training. I originally filmed this to show me my errors. Good thing I did too as you can see there are a few..... Oh and sorry about the gents coming into the gym during the film. Those are my colleagues at work as this was filmed just as we completed our night shift...
