Yep. Other sims age, die, get promoted, get a new job, get a baby, get fired, get married. New sims will also come to the town. You can read the newspaper to see new sims or new married couples.

well you play 1 family and the other around age, however if you play a dfferent family the other sims go back to their original age. Also family's will have other children and things x

the other sims DONT GO back to their original age at all! that ONLY happens if you play a family in a NEW file. so if you play in sunset valley with a family and they get old they will still be old if you play ANOTHER family in that hood as long as you DONT exit that hood and load a whole NEW sunset valley

the update is from the sims 3 website, they made an update to the game and when u download ur game you should download the update, it should run a little bit faster(: And you can download the update from the sims 3 launcher i think(:

if your talking about being a games designer for maxis then university would be recommended as for how long it takes i can differ if you just want to get through with a degree its normally 3 years but if you want higher education normally 7 more years to become a Professer and then a Dr. of IT which at that point you will be bringing in the big money :)

nope no loading screens only when you start the game up when ur playing you can zoom away from your house and zoom in to any other house in the sim world with no loading screens its way better.

no i dont think so but im not sure about switching familys when you are playing with a family in theyr house you can zoom out an go to any other house without a loaing screen it loads while you zoom in to the house you can see that there is no walpaper or flower and tres for about 20 seconds but it all loads up while you are looking at the house no loading screens at all
