ok im 11 right and im getting confused because when im 12 im gonna join this boxing group but people keep saying to ways to do training such as stances and all that...and differenttypes of combos or styles of things like blocking and they say better thing about different excersises can someone help me?

hahaha this guys a joke...theres like 3 videos from this "expert" on how to hit a speedbag and he still hasnt hit the actual speed bag. Doesnt that tell you something. with each new video people are shaking their heads laughing at this foo. Keep posting chump...I need a good laugh

Each boxer has a different guard, look at some fights and you can see the different style of each fighter they pretty much have different guards,different footwork, different ways of throwing punchers. Im not saying its completely diffferent Its relativly the same, just that trainers use different styles to teach their boxers. And each and every boxer has his/her own style. So it's a cross between what is tought to them and their own particular way of fighting.

? What are you trying to say? I've been boxing for 4 years and I'd have my right hand under my chin if I was right-handed, but I'm not, so left hand under the chin. What's wrong about that?

@NiklasWalendy It's only a method for beginers so they leran to keep there hands up, more advanced fighters obviously don't need to.
