Miller cost Alaska $80K. His lawsuit was about narrowing his margin of loss and nothing more. In an affidavit to the Fed Judge last week, Miller said that the future success of a candidate in future elections & his ability to fundraise was directly linked to the margin of loss in previous elections. Miller knew he lost before he filed a single lawsuit. He couldn't prove a single accusation. He wanted to lose by 1% rather than by 5.34%, costing the taxpayers over $80K. Stay classy, Joe!
