Gallitzin Tunnels: East Portals! part 4

So how do you get to the east portals? I see a road and an underpass, but is that still railroad property? If not, what's the name of that road?

You have to follow a trail from the top of the hill down. It is not railroad property where i took these pictures and videos. It is state hunting grounds. I believe the trail starts next to a blue house, a little further down from where you turn on the street to take you to the tunnel parks museum and such.
