I love Jenny and Nate! I really think that they should end up together, but when you look in real life, the show could be damaged because of the age difference. I mean Chace Crawford is what, like 23 and Taylor is still in her teens. Lets face it, GG girl scenes can go pretty far before they switch it over, so even though nothing is happening really, people might get the wrong idea. Other than that, well, that is what fanfiction is for.

At the moment, season 3 is running on the CW but isn't on DVD yet. By the end of season 2, Jenny and Nate split up mainly because of Vanessa. See, after Dan found out that Nate was with Jenny he got all pissy and so Nate and Jenny couldn't be together so Nate wrote Jenny a letter telling her how he felt and how he really liked her and didn't want to be apart from her. And then Vanessa was at Jenny's place for dinner and saw Nate had written to Jenny and (look at the next comment)
