  • Terrible push ups and traditional sit ups are a nightmare for your lumbar spine. You could see that woman straining her neck and using momentum to get up as opposed to using abdominal muscles.

  • Planks and plank variations are the best option for abdominal stabilizing/strengthening. Crunches are borderline useless. The movement is so small you aren't getting much bang for your buck there. It is too simple to think you get great abs from doing crunches. We have to think bigger picture. I am amazed that this sells seeing what some of the content is. It's not all bad.

  • I actually like to hike with a pretty heavy back pack. You get and awesome work-out with that, and makes you stronger. I love those steep hills. Awesome work-out for the legs. I was in the army, so I learned great P.T.

    I like to do hardcore exercise. Makes me feel good abour yourself. Remember, pain is just weakeness leaving the body. What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger.

  • woah girl, when you do those push-ups, get that butt down. focus on keeping your back strong and straight, and remember, to get the most out of the eccentric concentric types of contractions occuring here, lower yourself slowly then push up with a quick burst.

  • the Hills is a reality show on MTV Lauren is the main star of that reality show I use to watch it but no longer watch TV anymore so here they have some workout moves that the star of the reality show does in her daily life and the reason there showing us this is because many people like her and think she "Lauren" is very pretty and fit as well as wondering how she does it all so in this video they have shown us just how Laurens get in shape from day in to day out anyway thats it so byebye now =)
