At some point in time, the voic e break is bound to happen for a boy ... and it kinda always is an annoyxing experience during the toime of the actual change of voice range - even more so, of course, for a treble singer. Say hi to James from me, please, and let him know that he is, and will always be, a precious member of Libera, high notes or not! He has contributed to the choir in wonderful way, and will surely continue doing his part in keeping up the phenomenon Libera :-)!

@kelvinwontcry2 not necessarily, I am 31, and still have a second soprano voice. when the change came along there was a period of adjustment, but I found my range widened to include, baritone, but I never lost the high voice, given its all head voice now, but really it never changed.

Well, at least the Netherlands have been blessed enough with a concert back in 2007, in the town of Leiden, which has been recorded and published on DVD. But: One concert in three years is not enough, right?

I did not know anything about Libera back in 2007, too. No wonder, because their CDs are not (yet!) for sale here, so how could I have discovered them? It was a lucky happenstance here on YouTube that, in May 2008, made me find them. SING FOREVER (solo: Ben Crawley) was the first video I watched. !!Wow!! And since then, I am a major fan. But I could only watch them on YouTube. So I finally bought their CDs on iTunes. But this is not the real thing; I collect CDs, no downloads :-)!

Well, as Libera themselves are a little bit, say, sparing still, with information about Tom and the others, I guess that rumours come up and spread here and there, in Libera newsgroups, and fan pages ...

Still, one look into the booklet of the new CD PEACE, and you are on the current state, concerning who is part of the recording, and who isn't. And thereby, I can say that Oliver is not in the CD's lineup. But he may well be still a member of Libera.

YouTube has been a good source of information, for example the info box texts of certain Libera videos, or, for the names of the new choristers, the videos of Snelling06, who presented many new singers. And the booklets of the CDs give you info who sings the solo in the songs.

Ed obviously has not been in this video, and Ben ("Mini-Ben) also not. Bit this has been the case in earlier years too, that not every singer was to be seen in every video they made.

The booklet of PEACE shows that Tom indeed still is with Libera, being in the lineup of the active choristers of the CD, and being in the group photo. He also sings one solo: AVE VIRGO (although this was recorded in the beginning of the album's production time, obviously). And Tom even was involved as an assistant with the mixing of the tracks, just like Ben Crawley.

Oliver Cole indeed cannot be found in the CDs chorister lineup.
