ReDeads scared me when I was 8. I would play the Sun's Song whenever I encountered one.

I kept imagining that there were invisible ReDeads in my home... and I'd either have to go around them, or focus energy into manifesting Link nearby to play the Sun's Song so I could run past.

I somehow reasoned that they wouldn't go away until I sealed Ganon up, so I kept forcing myself to play the game 'til then. Then I locked it in a box labeled "Pandora's Box" to make sure the evil didn't get out.

It's because the camera angle is in a fixed position when you're in the Market. Normally, when a Redead screams, the top and bottom portions of the screen lower (like in some cutscenes) however, in the market, that doesn't happen, so you can usually run past them (if you're not too close to them).
