the 2x at the beginning is most likely an improv move, concerning the song content, I would say it was designed to imitate a "glitch" in the system. It's just something an artist might do to catch you off guard.

They are supposed to flash such images yes, but they are

a. not supposed to start the song over because the screen drops out

b. the screens arent supposed to have white sploches in them/have black squares all over the place and split into 3 parts

Not really, really cool crew. Much better than when I worked Dave Matthews or Rush at the Gorge. NIN's was like "if you fuck up, don't worry, it happens".

I did meet Robin which was WAY cool.
