i think it adds more suspense when the killer walks cause when the person reaches a dead end or locked door like Helen did, the killer gets really close and it makes you wonder rather or not the person is gonna make it or not. I like when the killer walks. it also makes a chase scene longer !

Lily (Jessica Lucas) literally sprints full-stop (quicker than the guys at certain points) in heels. Marlena (Lizzy Caplan) also runs at high-speed wearing thick platform boots. Pretty impressive.

@rgur90x To be fair though this came out right after scream so the whole flood of stereotypical jokes and stuff werent in popular movies and shit still...this is the only movie in the genre that was good after scream....even though technically its based on a book from the late 80s which was before scream but i do understand the fact that this movie would not exist if scream was not made

I would not fit well into a horror movie universe. For example, the situation with Helen in the alley-way. Ben Willis would have been disappointed to see me run on by without making a stop. If I hear a noise behind me, I'm not going to turn around so I can investigate when safety is literally feet away. I like the character and she fought hard to survive, I'll give her that, but she was basically asking for it in that final moment.
